Le nuove categorie dei Grammy 2026

L’edizione 2026 introduce due nuove categorie ufficiali:

• Best Traditional Country Album, dedicata agli artisti che preservano le radici del country classico.
• Best Album Cover, che celebra l’arte visiva e il design dei dischi.

Inoltre, la categoria Best Country Album è stata rinominata Best Contemporary Country Album, per meglio riflettere le sonorità moderne del genere.

Il trionfo del multilinguismo e del K-pop

Oltre al record di Bad Bunny, i Grammy 2026 segnano un’altra svolta: il K-pop entra di diritto tra le categorie principali.
Il brano APT. di Rosé e Bruno Mars ha ottenuto nomination per Record e Song of the Year, oltre che per Best Pop Duo/Group Performance.

Anche Golden, canzone tratta dal film Netflix Kpop Demon Hunters, ha conquistato più categorie, mentre il gruppo femminile KATSEYE è in gara come Best New Artist e Best Pop Duo/Group Performance.
